Fabric & Hooping

At about 306.8 stitches/cm² this is a very heavy fill, near the limit of what a domestic machine handles comfortably. Use two layers of firm cut-away, drop to roughly 400 spm, and expect a stiff finished patch — keep it off garments that need to drape. At 88.2 × 88.2 mm a 4×4 in hoop is plenty.

What to Make With It

A picture-style design wants a flat, stable surface where it can be seen whole: a framed hoop piece, a quilt centre, a cushion front or the back of a jacket. Avoid stretchy garments, which distort the shape.
